Cancellation Policy
Smooth Sailing Wax Co. charges a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Late Policy. 15 minute appointments will have a 3 minute grace period, 30 minute appointments will have an 8 minute grace period, 45 minute appointments and up will result in some services in the appointment not being completed. Thank you for your understanding!
